Rules and Policies
arrival / departure
Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. If you wish to stay an extra night, please check with the office before 10:00 AM. Campers still occupying sites after the 11:00 AM check-out time will be asked to pay for another night.
Mandatory check in prior to entry: All guests must register at the office before entering the facility. Do not park RV inside grounds or block the entry until all check in paperwork is complete .
SPEED: The speed limit is 10km/hour throughout the park. CHILDREN ARE PLAYING THROUGHOUT THE CAMPGROUND – GO SLOW!
Childrens’ rules
Parents or guardians are liable and responsible for the acts and conduct of their children, being aware of their where-abouts, and avoiding free range for long periods of time. Younger children should be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Please accompany small children to the toilet facilities to ensure that they are flushed and have not left a “mess” for the staff to clean up. Please make sure that they know not to cut through other campsites or approach pets without asking .
quiet time
10:00 PM: Music off (no exceptions) and respectable noise levels are enforced. All playgrounds will be closed by 9:00 pm or dusk (whichever comes first) and children are to return to their site.
Garbage / returnables
Properly bag garbage and put it in the receptacles provided. Ask staff for available recycling and sorting options. DO NOT use bathroom receptacles for food waste, dog faeces, or diapers. These can create foul odours very quickly. Campers are asked to make sure that their site is kept tidy and clear of garbage. Please do not throw cigarette butts, pistachios, or sunflowers seeds on the ground.
generators
Generators are permitted at discretion of management.
pets
We are pet friendly but with rules. There is a $50 returnable compliance deposit required at check in. They must be on a leash (6’ maximum) at all times including in the campsite. The leash must be attached to a someone capable of controlling them or on a secured stake. Some barking is acceptable but if your dog(s) are consistently barking, we will ask you to keep them in the trailer. You must pick up after your pets (if we must pick it up – it’ll cost you $25). Pets are not allowed at the pool or in other RV sites. We discourage leaving pet(s) alone if you are away for the day. Power failures can result in unsafe heat levels inside. Pets are not to be left outside while you’re gone.
pool
Children 13 and under must be supervised by an adult. Older friends or teen relatives are not considered suitable supervisors.
day visitors
ALL visitors must check in at the office prior to entering the campground. Suitable parking will be arranged. Visitors must leave before quiet time and are NOT allowed to use pool .
fire pits
Campfires are subject to fire ban regulations. All wood must be purchased from us. Please do not bring your own wood. There is a $25 deposit required. It will be returned if the pit and surrounding areas are clean (no cigarette butts, seeds, or food). Fires need to be extinguished before you retire for the night. NO FIREWORKS AT ANY TIME.
